How is CWM different from RootWave HRMS?
RootWave HRMS is for companies managing their own employees. RootWave CWM is built for manpower providers whose workers are deployed at many client sites, with wages and compliance to match.
Will it handle workers in different states?
Yes. Minimum wage rates will be kept per state, skill category and zone, so workers at different sites are paid by the right rate.
How will CWM be priced?
Pricing will depend on the number of workers. Early-access agencies get to discuss it with us directly before launch.
